SHIPPING

Orders ship out same business day before 3:00pm on Monday-Friday. Orders typically arrive in 5-7 days, however due to the COVID-19 pandemic, City Bonfires cannot control unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process such as system or weather delays that may impact delivery.

REFUND POLICY

You may return UNUSED, UNDAMAGED products within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

• We are unable to accept returns on the S'mores Kits (food products).
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Original shipping service on returns is required to receive a full refund.
• Returns must also be in the original packaging.
